







Michelle A. Goff Michelle A. Goff is the founder and principal of the Law Office of Michelle A. Goff, a firm founded in 2004. Michelle has practiced estate planning and probate law since 1998, and is designated as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.
Michelle is admitted to practice before all California courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, and the U.S. Tax Court. She is a current member of the Sacramento
County Bar Association, the Sacramento Estate Planning Council and the Women's Lawyers of Sacramento. |
Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in business and economics in 1993 from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, and her J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in 1997. She received her master's of business administration in 2001 and her master's of science in business administration - taxation in 2002 from California State University, Sacramento.

Julie Preslar
Julie Preslar graduated from Santa Clara University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Theater & Dance. She is currently enrolled in her third year at Lincoln Law School , after earning her way onto the Dean's List in her first and second year. Julie has also received Faculty Achievement awards in Legal Skills, Torts, Criminal Procedure, and Real Property.
Julie is excited about learning about the Estate Planning Field under an experienced professional.
